Κarayiannis G. Antros
Born on 24 April in 1973 in Famagusta he graduated from Paralimni High School in 1990.
After completing his military service he went to Germany, where he studied German and English literature at Leipzig University and attended English and French literature at the Universities of Leeds (United Kingdom) and Metz (France). He also studied International Relations in Cyprus.
After his return to Cyprus he worked as a licensed tour guide for the Cyprus Tourism Organisation in the languages English, French and German. He also worked as a substitute teacher and teacher of English and German language at private schools, secondary and technical education institutions, at national institutes for further education as well as at a private university in Cyprus.
From 2008 until his election as mayor of Deryneia, in December 2011, he worked as a parliamentary associate. From 2008 until 2011he was the Secretary of the Communal Committee of the AKEL party in Deryneia. He was a football player and member of the Board of the Anagennisi Club Deryneia. He furthermore is a founding member and Chairman of the Group of Veteran Footballers of Anagennisi Deryneia. He has written a number of articles, which were widely published on several occasions in the Cypriot press.
He is married to Fotina A. Vasiliou, a refugee from Famagusta, painter and art teacher, with whom he has a son, named Adrianos.
Lilis G. Nicos
He was born on 10 August 1970. He is married to Margarida Georgiou. They have two children, Stalo and Sotiria.
He studied Pharmacy at the Medical University of Lviv - Ukraine (1989-1995). He runs a private pharmacy in Deryneia, which he opened in 1996. He was the president of the Cypriot Students Union of Lviv (1990-1995), member of the Provincial Council and Provincial Secretariat of EDON Famagusta, member and Secretary of the Board of the Anagennisi Club Deryneia (1990 - 2010) and member of the Parents' Association of the 2nd Primary School Deryneia (2009-2012). Since 2011 he has been a member of the organization "World Pharmacists - Annex Cyprus".
Artemi Niki Steka
She grew up and lives in Deryneia. She is 48 years old, married to Theodoros Demetriou Artemis of Lefkoniko and has 3 children, named Dimitris, Pieris and Marilena. She holds a diploma in the Business and Finance sector and graduated in the field of Business Administration. She works as an accountant at the COOP Bank of Deryneia.
She is the Chairman of the Culture Committee, President of the Dance Group of the Municipality of Deryneia, City Council representative in the SKE Deryneia (Communal Council for Volunteer Affairs) and as a member participates in the affairs of the Development and Entrepreneurship Committee, the Social Welfare and Care Committee, the Committee of Youth and Sport and the Committee of Environment and Sanitation.
She was a City Councillor between 2007-2011 and also the Chairman of the Development Committee. During this period she held the position of the Treasurer of the School Committee Deryneia and in February 2008 she was elected President of the School Board Deryneia. During those five years she was an elected member of the Pancyprian Coordinating Committee of School Boards, president of the Dance group of the Deryneia Municipality and Municipal Council representative in the Communal Council for Volunteer Affairs.
She has been actively participating in the affairs of the Parents Association since 1986. She was the president of the Parents Associations of the Public and Community Kindergarten and the 1st Primary School of Deryneia, Secretary of the Association of Parents of the Paralimni Gymnasium, treasurer of the Secretariat of the Federation of Associations of Parents of Primary Education Famagusta and a member of the Governing Council of the Pancyprian Confederation of Parents Associations of Primary Education. Her involvement in these associations gave her the opportunity to participate in the work of the committees in the sectors of health, safety and welfare of the child.
Dimitris Liperti 12
Georgiou Lili Anita
She is 45 years old. She is from Deryneia and is married to Panicos Georgiou Trypiniotis with three children. She is an entrepreneur. She graduated from the KIMON School as an Executive Housekeeper.
She was a City Councillor in the previous City Council, is the secretary of POGO Deryneia, a member of the Provincial Council POGO Famagusta and member of the Cyprus Council POGO. She is a member of the Communal Council for Volunteer Affairs Deryneia and was a member of the AKEL Party Representation in Deryneia.
Gregoriou Andreas (Mintis)
He comes from Kato Deryneia and is 59 years old. He graduated from the Technical School of Famagusta and works as a private employee.
He is married and has three children. He is a temporary resident of Dromolaxia, Larnaca. He is the chairman of the Committee of Refugees of Downtown Deryneia (Kato Deryneia).
Michael (Tripinioti) Nicos
He is 53 years old and from Deryneia. He works as a manufacturer of aluminium windows and doors. He is married to Androulla Kourouniadi and has 3 children.
He has been a member of the City Council since 2006 and he is also a member of the School Board of Deryneia. He formerly was the treasurer of the Hunting Association and the president of the Anagennisi Club of Deryneia.
Paraskeva Constantinou Panagiota
She was born in Trahoni Kythreas in 1949 and attended the primary school of the village. She graduated from the High School for Girls Pallouriotissa (Nicosia) in 1967. She studied at the Pedagogical Academy of Cyprus, from where she graduated with honours in 1970. She was a student with excellent grades and was awarded the First Category Prize in School Achievement and the Award in Teaching Practice.
She got married to Panagiotis Paraskeva, who also is a teacher, in 1970 and settled in Deryneia permanently. In 1998 she acquired a Pedagogical Diploma (equalisation) with honours from the University of Thessaloniki. She received a Master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom in May 2000. She worked as an Inspector of Primary Education between 01.01.2004 -31.08. 2009. She is characterized by enthusiasm and love for education. She worked as a teacher in primary schools in Deryneia for 23 years and another 6 years as an inspector.

She has been the Chairman of the Municipal Choir of Deryneia for many years. She is the founder and first president of the Christian Association 'Panagia' of Deryneia and nowadays a close associate of the association. She is active in the cultural life of the country. She is a member of the Society for Education Cyprus (EOK) and the Cyprus Educational Administration Group (KOED). She is an associate of the Nicosia University advising on teaching experience issues. She spends a lot of time engaging in politics, having a vision of “a qualitatively advanced Derynia”, because it truly deserves it. She has four children and seven grandchildren.
He is the son of Polycarpo Polycarpou and Lyassandra Psalti Polycarpou, born on 05.10.1982 (ID 841073). He fulfilled his military obligations serving in the Infantry Battalion 611 from 2000 to 2002. His marital status is single. He graduated from the University of Leicester (England) in the department of Business Administration acquiring a degree in Management Studies specializing in the subject Marketing.
From 2005 until 2011 he worked as the director of the company Polycarpos A. Polycarpou Ltd. (Esso Petrol Station) in Paralimni and L & A Polycarpou Brothers Ltd. (Play4all Bowling Center) in Paralimni. He is fluent in English and holds a GCE as well as an IELTS certificate. He is computer- and internet-literate with professional knowledge regarding Office applications like Word, Excel and Power Point. In the social scene he is one of the main organizers of the Sensation Beach Party, one of the largest charitable organizations in Dheryneia and in the whole of Cyprus. He furthermore holds the position of vice president in the Athletic Club Dimitrakis Christodoulou Deryneia (Deryneia Futsal).

He was born on May 8, 1964 in the occupied Famagusta and lives in Deryneia. He is married to Euphrosyne Kallika, with whom he has three children: Constantino, Fotini and Katerina.
He graduated from Technical School, worked in the field of tourism for a period of 20 years and is now a private employee.
He was a former member of EDON Deryneia and an active member of the AKEL party in Deryneia. He is a member of the Cultural Association Anagennisi and participated in the National Volleyball Youth Team. He also was a member of the Anagennisi Club Deryneia Volleyball Team. He furthermore contributed to the foundation of the Volleyball Club "Pafiakos".
