Walk of Love and tree planting

The Walk of Love was made by the children and teachers of the 1st Primary School of Deryneia, on Friday, 18 January 2013 during the events of the day of commemoration of Archbishop Makarios III.

The course ended at the "Park of Love" which was consigned to the 1st Primary School by the Municipality of Deryneia the year before and created on 19 January 2012. Consecutively the children took care of the park and started to enrich it by planting more saplings.

The event was attended by the mayor of Deryneia, Mr Andros G. Karagiannis.
