Famagusta Avenue

The implementation of the Urban Project Famagusta Avenue was completed recently.

It has been the first urban development - road project executed in the municipality regarding the road leading to the occupied Famagusta at a length of about 800 meters, plus 800 metres of side streets, starting from the centre of the municipality and reaching up to the outpost of the National Guard at the roadblock of Deryneia.

The project includes:

- Underground services EAC and CYTA

- Installation of modern street lighting

- Construction of rainwater pipes

- Replacement of the domestic water system

- Construction of a sewage system including sewage pipelines

- Creation of pavements
